Founded in 2008 by Remigio Morales, Taqueria & Deli Mi Pueblito opened, offering a variety of Latin and Mexican products, including tacos, burritos, and quesadillas, to promote authentic Mexican gastronomy. After many sacrifices and inspired by the success of his first business, he launched Mi Pueblito Restaurant in Westhampton in 2023, where he, with the help of his family, ensures that every dish reflects the natural and fresh flavors that define their culinary philosophy.

In 2024, their offerings were expanded with the creation of Mi Pueblito Food Truck, which provides catering services for parties and events. This mobile kitchen allows them to reach even more people, sharing their love for delicious homemade Mexican dishes.
